  Is called Wood Tales, the new album for solo double bass by Jacopo Ferrazza, to be released on Friday 5 February 2021. Entirely recorded last autumn during the second wave of Covid, Wood Tales is a project that reveals its quid in the search for sound independence and a rhythmic, harmonic and melodic identity, as well as timbre , only supported by the use of the voice and the bow. It is a two-way dialogue, intimate and reserved, without filters or artifices, where premeditation leaves room for intuition, the instinct to seek and discover every single note, exploiting all the veins of the instrument.
